How much does web design cost?
Plans start at $80/mo (Standard) or $150/mo (Plus) after a 12-month build amortization period. No upfront fee. The build cost is spread into your monthly payment, then drops to maintenance pricing after month 12.
How long does it take to build a website?
2–4 weeks depending on content readiness and revisions. Most clients are live within a month of signing.
Can I update my website myself?
You don't have to. Email herndonbizservices+updates@gmail.com with changes, and I'll update the site within 48 hours. All Standard and Plus clients get monthly updates included.
Do you optimize for search engines (SEO)?
Yes. Every site includes Google Analytics 4 and Search Console setup. Plus clients also get ad campaign setup. I research your market and competitors before building so your site reflects what makes you different.
What if I want to add more features later?
Standard clients can upgrade to Plus. Custom features can be added as project-based add-ons. Most clients start with Standard and add as they grow.
Do I own my website?
Yes. Your domain is registered in your name, and all files are stored in a GitHub repo you control. You're never locked in.
What makes you different from other web designers?
I keep my client list to 5–10 at a time so I actually learn your business and market. Big agencies follow templates. I don't. You get direct access to me, not a rotating staff. No big upfront fee.
Do you work with businesses outside Charlotte?
I focus on Charlotte and Gastonia, NC intentionally so I can understand local markets deeply.
