We talk for 30–45 minutes. I learn your business, your customers, your market, and what makes you different from everyone else in your space.

Scope & Agreement

I send you a scope summary email: what you'll get, the timeline, and exact pricing. You review and sign the agreement. Everything's in writing — no guesswork.

Content Collection

You send me your logo, photos, hours, address, and anything unique to your business. I handle compression, organization, and making everything web-ready.

Build, Launch & Support

I build your site, test it on real devices, and deploy it to a live URL. From there: monthly updates, performance reports, and direct access to me whenever you need it.

What each step actually looks like

Discovery Call — 30 to 45 minutes

This is the most important step. I ask about your customers: who they are, where they find you, what they care about. I ask what makes your business worth choosing over the competition. I ask about your goals — more phone calls, more foot traffic, online orders.

You don't need to prepare anything. Just show up and talk. I'll drive.

Scope & Agreement — typically within 48 hours

Within two days of our call, I send you a plain-English email: what pages you're getting, what features are included, the exact monthly price, and the timeline. No hidden fees, no vague estimates.

You sign a simple one-page agreement and we're official.

Content Collection — you send, I handle the rest

Send me your logo, any photos of your business or team, your hours, phone number, address, and anything else that makes your business unique. A Google Drive folder, an email, even a text — however works for you.

I compress images for fast loading, organize everything, and write or refine your copy if needed.

Build, Launch & Ongoing Support

I build your site, test it on iPhone and Android, run it through performance checks, and deploy it to your live URL. Google Analytics and Search Console go live at the same time.

After launch: email me any time for updates. Every month, you get a short performance report — visitors, phone clicks, top search terms, what's growing. Direct line to me. Always.

Things people ask before signing

How long does the build take?

Typically 2–3 weeks from content collection to launch. The timeline depends mostly on how quickly content comes in.

What if I need changes after launch?

Monthly updates are included. Email me what you need — new hours, a new photo, a new page — and I'll handle it. No extra charge for standard updates.

Do I own my website?

Yes. Your domain, your content, your site. I manage and maintain it, but it's yours. If you ever want to move it, I'll help you do that.

What do I need to provide?

Your logo, photos, business info, and any text you already have. If you don't have photos, we'll figure it out. If you need copy written, I can help with that too.

Can I upgrade my plan later?

Absolutely. Start with Standard and add services as your business grows. I'll adjust the scope and pricing accordingly.

What's the 12-month minimum about?

The build cost is spread over 12 months instead of charged upfront. The minimum commitment covers that investment. After 12 months, pricing drops to the maintenance rate.
